Legal Status
The Geneva Center for Multilateral Journalism (GCMJ) is an independent, non-profit association established under Swiss law (Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code) and domiciled in Geneva, Switzerland.
GCMJ is politically and religiously independent. It does not pursue commercial activity or profit. Any surplus is used exclusively to advance the association’s statutory purpose of strengthening independent journalism and research on global governance and international organizations.
